Free Postage & Packaging

 

We ship to most countries and shipping is always FREE, no matter where you are! We have happy customers located all over the world. We do NOT ship to the United Arab Emirates, Africa, Mexico, and most parts of Asia. If you're unsure just leave us a message.

 

Orders are usually fulfilled within 2 days of being made. Postage then takes between 1 - 3 days for the UK, 4 - 6 days for Europe, 7 - 10 days for USA and 9 - 14 days for Australia.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A FUNDAMENTAL OF CELEBRITY INSPIRED. WE'RE HUMANS TOO AND UNDERSTAND THAT ORDERS CAN GO WRONG FOR MANY REASONS. PLEASE GET IN CONTACT WITH US IF ANYTHING IS BOTHERING YOU AND WE PROMISE TO WORK OUR HARDEST TO PROVIDE THE BEST POSSIBLE OUTCOME.

 

Exchanges

 

Sometimes you will purchase the wrong size or wish you had bought a different color. If this is the case then simply get in contact with us to arrange an easy exchange. Please do not return a product to us before getting in touch. Your intent to exchange your item(s) must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. We will tell you the next steps, including providing our returns address. The jewelry must have no visible signs of wear and should be in a resalable condition. If we receive your item and deem this to not be the case we will offer to send it back to you. Customers who are exchanging products are expected to pay for shipping to our UK address and this will not be refunded. Reasonable exchanges are always free.

 

Faulty Products

 

Celebrity Inspired is dedicated to manufacturing and selling only the best quality jewelry. If there is a fault with your item then please get in contact as soon as possible, including photographic proof. If we agree the product was faulty before it reached you we will exchange it for you straight away. Please note that faults must be reported within 14 days of the product being delivered to legally guarantee a resolution.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the delicate nature of jewelry and previous abuse of our returns we are very strict about who we give refunds to. We will always advocate exchanges first and may offer to provide discounts on future orders. The information on this website is accurate and it is the customer's responsibility to read the product descriptions and FAQ page before purchasing; refund requests may be void if this has obviously not been the case. In the unlikely event we cannot come to a resolution then we may provide a full refund upon the return of your item (in a resalable condition). It is very important returns are sent to our distribution warehouse (not our London office) and that customs forms are filled in correctly (if sending from outside the EU).
